We are pleased to announce that our Danish and Swedish customers can finally enjoy phone support in their native languages.
Two phone support lines have opened with native Danish and Swedish speakers, respectively. Many of our customers in the Nordics are from Denmark and Sweden, and we are happy to be able to provide this more personal and improved experience from now on. Until now, phone support has only been available in English.
The phone support for both Danish and Swedish is available during local business hours, Monday to Friday. Customers who wish to contact us outside of business ours can do so, by contacting our 24/7 chat support in English.
This brings us a big step closer to our customers, which we take great pride in. We look forward to making phone support available in more languages in the future.
