As of now, we offer our Dutch and Norwegian speaking customers phone support in their native languages.
Personalised support in their native languages is something our customers enjoy about the one.com experience. We are thrilled to announce that we are extending this service to our customers in Norway, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Customers will be able to receive advice and get help with building their online presence in their native languages on chat, email, and phone. The phone and chat support in Norwegian is available during weekdays between 09:00-16:00. The phone support in Dutch is available weekdays between 09:00-16:00, and chat for another two hours, until 18:00.
Outside of these hours, all customers can get chat, phone and email support in English. Our email support is available 24 hours a day.
